The police dept is not perfect and corrupt but it is better than having criminals everywhere are not arrested for their crime..
9:30 he could have explained the lawful order premise that drivers and passengers can be ordered in and out of cars. But, after calming explaining all that, stating that if you refuse the pepper spray or tools like the taser will be used. Then drawing and point those non-lethal tools if the driver still refuses to promptly start following commands. Police CAN pepper spray and taser you for refusing to leave a vehicle. Just got to clearly outline that so people don’t face resisting arrest charges (which you will likely receive)
If you want to make the argument that there are more white people and that is why more white people who are shot by police don’t tip toe around the fact that blacks make up 13% of the population but more than half the crime. And before you start I am black myself 5:52
