One question , what do you do when you are a retired church member and your retirement is not enough to cover your spences.

Where should the tithe go?
Tithes in Old Testament was only for farmers. They only gave when it was ready to harvest. Other people didnt pay tithes in Old Testament. It was churches idea to promote 10% tithe of paycheck. I have been tithing for 34 years until past month where we are giving instead and God is still blessing us.
