  1. I mean it's an absurd claim you can just look back 200 years why weren't there as many morbidly obese people? It can't possibly be genetics, it's obviously lifestyle. The world today wants an impossible to beat adversary to be the antagonist for every problem in their lives when the reality is that virtually every hardship can be overcome. No matter how hard you have it, blaming a boogeyman that can't be bested is not valuable to you in any way whatsoever.

  2. Im currently on the journey of losing weight. Im not by any means like 300 plus but i was about 190. And really all i ate was junk food and chips and never really ate real food anytime i tried to i would throw it back up. That was about like 2 months ago. I started changing my diet cut off soda, chips and all that. And now im 166 currently trying to get to when i was 19 and weighed 145. To those out there we got this 💖

  3. if i didnt do any health techniques (fasting, stress management, clean eating) and if i ate processed foods every day, i know i would be obese. i have a couple times reached 29 bmi, and just instinctively my body feels so bad. i know from my life experience that obesity stems from giving in to poor mental states
