Satan was thrown into an abyss for 1000 years, so that he would not deceive people? If that was done when Adam and Eve were created, there would have been no temptation, no fall and no redemption! FALLEN ANGELS AND ADAMIC SIN
Let us assume that Satan and demons are fallen angels and there was a war in Heaven. Satan enticed one-third of these VERY WISE beings, angels in heaven, to follow him and rebel against God. He and his cohorts were expelled after great effort because God did not want any more rebellion or CORRUPTION in Heaven – no more SIN in Heaven. What did God do? He did not confine these rebels to a black hole or some imprisonment! He let them loose on Earth, the home of newly created beings, inferior in INTELLEGENCE and POWER of ANGELS, but did not expect these MIGHTY INTELLIGENT fallen ANGELS to trick these NEWLY CREATED HUMANS.
To the contrary, God became SURPRISED and ANGRY at humans. He expected them to do what one third of the might fallen angels did not do, or what he feared Satan would do to the other two- thirds of his angels, if he remained in Heaven. Yet all the human descendants inherited an Adamic curse that could lead to eternal punishment in Hell. It is rather like a 6-foot 4-inch man escaping from jail and raping a 7-year old girl and when the father comes home he becomes angry at the child for ALLOWING the convict to rape her! What a wise GOD!
If a father put a lot of toys and sweets in a room and put a sweet laced with poison wrapped in very pretty paper or a decorated real loaded gun in the middle of the room and tells the chid, who do not yet know good from evil, to eat any of the candies and play with any of the guns except the shiny ones in the MIDDLE of the room. What would you expect to happen, the moment the father leaves the room? If the child is killed, whom do you think is responsible for the child's death? Would the Law Courts exonerate the father for exhibiting the WISDOM of God? What a wise God!
