6:10– “Equity requires discrimination” this is the reality and when I step away from the diversity movement and companies are implementing this at scale.
It’s no longer about what you have done and capable of doing, it’s what you look like. Pure evil and anti-American. This does not create better performance of teams, organizations and companies.
Walk away from companies that implement DEI
