Cancel culture and WOKEness could extinguish the way comedians do humour, so that's why there's nothing you can't joke about. Furthermore, we shouldn't talk about Cancel culture, we should talk about witch hunt, which works to accuse people of being transphobic or supposedly racists because of some jokes.
The legal disaster will follow the financial disaster caused by grievance politics. It's happening now in movie studios. Look at the utter failures of Amazon with Rings of power and Willow, MCU with She-Hulk and Obi-Wan, DCU with almost everything and Disney doing the same in the past couple of years. Granted, they've had a few successes but the diversity quotas and all around poor movie making have led to huge box office disasters. Once the stock holders start feeling the pinch we'll start seeing some change.
Leftists often(accurately) describe fascism as an inherently suicidal ideology, since the goal of a “pure” group will never actually be achieved, because you’ll need to constantly exclude more and more categories of people.
Leftists don’t seem to have the self-awareness to realize that the exact same suicidal problem lies in their own ideology.
Being wrongfully accused of sexual assault is one of the most destructive ways to ruin a person and reputation. There truly should be retribution for the damage that the accuser should bear. It became to easy to destroy a person without any proof.
