  3. Moving to Britain from Australia was a shock. To see older women turning up to church in jeans, sneakers, sandals and trakky pants, among other things. You are coming to meet the Creator, dress appropriately! The men and women from African countries are always dressed immaculately on the other hand.

  5. Lots of men also have too much pride in the way that they dress in the Church having many tailored suits and they wear it as if they are of this world with such self-fulfillment. I see it all the time in this world and in the Church it is no different. There is no humility in suits these days and it's a luxury to most.

    These suits can even be distracting for women of the Church. I understand if the preacher may need to wear something different sometimes if they are speaking but to have so many outfits is not humble at all. I have 1 simple suit that looks basic and I try to not be stylish at all. It's very drab but it's the best I have and don't care to get more. I don't want anyone to see me as of this world and I will glorify God by looking lower than most of this world. I enjoy finding ways to actually make myself look as basic as possible so God's character can come through as much as I can reflect it and be happy knowing I'm not intimidating, or causing lust or jealousy and you can be more approachable by everyone of all walks of life. This message is for in and out of the Church. Personally I will never wear a suit outside at all. Once you start thinking this way you'll find it very refreshing to not play by Satan's rules of this world. If my words are harsh, that is not my intention. I am just sharing what I know will benefit you in your walks with God and will help others. If you find the way you dress to be glorifying yourselves even a little, you must rethink what you are wearing and consider the message. This is for men and women. God bless
