Canadian here also.. and yeah it's absolutely nuts. During covid we really got to see who wanted to be able to tell other people what to do and it ruined a lot of friend and family relationships. I still know people that have yet to make amends with family over their health decision. Anyways, we left during the pandemic and not sure if I'll ever live in Canada full time again if it doesn't go back to the free country I grew up knowing it to be. The terms being thrown around to control people are an absolute joke, but there are a lot of people buying it.
