  1. when I first heard Jordan Peterson use terms like "neo-marxist" to describe the politically left I thought he was labouring the point pretty hard. He drew some good points and connected them to the modern politically correct movement but mostly I thought it was hyperbole and he was just taking things to a potential extreme.
Nowadays, I see him as the canary in the coal mine that was trying to warn us of what was coming.
I see him in a whole different light now because of actions the left wingers an pc culture people have done.
When he said the left was seeking to destroy our society I responded saying "no, they're trying to make it better, we just disagree with how they want to make it better".
Now, with defund police, constant race baiting, hatred of democratic foundations, revisionist history etc they clearly are opposed to foundational aspects to our society and are openly calling to bring it down.
Not just the wider institutions of government, but even the basics of the family unit must be destroyed by them.
When they called for live and let live I was right by their side, saying it with them, but it kept going until primary school children are taught that boys and girls aren't real, that facts no longer matter, that if you feel something is true it is even if evidence disagrees with you.
If the idea of freedom is now a bad thing, think about where that leads, think about what they must want to do to us.
They don't even believe in our right to disagree with them, they are zealots, extremists, puritans that view everyone not like them as the enemy.
