If a lake under 11,000 feet of ice is so cold, breaking through and releasing such pressure that you say is what keeps it in a liquid state would cause a waterspout, miles high as the pressure equalizes and being so cold in the lake, would make the water freeze as the pressure equalizes. so, no more lake.
