'not a dry one like the finnish sauna', this guy clearly doesn't know a thing about saunas
Americans fyi a finnish sauna is with stones on top of the heater that you're supposed to throw water on to make it intense, and to get the kids to leave if they make to much noise π nobody in the Nordic countries use a completely "dry sauna".

I'm from Russia and Banya is one of the best thing you can experience there! Apart from great health benefits it's also quite pleasurable process when done properly- the body has to be taken through temperature extremes that varies from +90C to -20C. These are boost immune system and make one's feel like a brand new
Itβs nice knowing that Eastern Europe in general is becoming more and more noticed as a popular subject to talk about.
On the other hand itβs because of the notorious taint stick beatings πππ
