What? "Dry one like a Finnish"?? There is no dry saunas in Finland. In Finland we also throw water on the rocks and use the birch whisks.. Sauna is a Finnish invention and also a Finnish word. 🙂
I'm glad he mentioned the oils and fresh leaves. I've always wondered, is Russian skin thicker than Europeans? If this was true, Russians would age better, but we age the same. Btw, the patting of the branches isn't whipping. It actually feels really nice. It's like a pleasant burning sensation.
