  1. Fake IG quotes like : "Life is Art" i feel are mostly quotes targeted toward people who live a well fortunate life in society. But there are millions of families who struggle to survive through endless wars and starvation, in third world countries. These unfortunate people don't have the choice to make their life easy or better because of the circumstances they live in. i'm not trying to be negative, i'm just pointing out the truth that most instagram, fake/influencers never point out.

  2. People feel like you need to be the next Elon Musk, Einstein, Lebron to find meaning in life with mansion in Malibu, brandname a household name driving Lambos and 10 digit bank account. Nothing can be further from the truth. You don't need to "Achieve" anything to find fullfilment or meaning in life. I am one month sober from weed, but what were some of the best moments in your life on weed? It could be hanging out with friends and having a good ol' time and laughter on munchies and talking about Bhagavad Gita with that hot Cynthia riding shotgun in front of a ghetto graffiti mural at East LA. These ideas that motivational videos spout are so vapid.

Those things were good and I also wanted to be a celebrity once being rich, famous and successful with filthy money like Bezos. But I have matured more. No ONE can be like me, and I cannot BE like others. I have to be comfortable in my own skin.

Helping out a grandma cross a street.
Buying a cup of coffee for homeless person.
Picking your own door lock after getting locked out.
Doing 100 pushups a day when no one's watching.
Throwing repeatedly 3 points in a basketball court with no audience.
Or a simple matter of giving complex direction in Spanish even if it is not your native tongue.
Or cracking someone up in broken Czech…

These can give you massive dopamine burst without the need for "notice me, boohoo I am the sh**". You don't need to move mountains like Hercules or carry weight like Atlas to make difference in people's lives. Joe should know. He did DMT.

And the irony of all? Miyamoto Musashi totally 'coverted' himself and preached the Art of No Sword in his later life. He eschewed violence.

  3. I use to work with a literal 350 pound dude who talked in this really feminine squeeky voice and had no social skills in real life and on his facebook everything was about him life coaching and hiring to be your life coach and posting stupid posts about how to succeed in life and all of us were like "dude you literally are the least successful and most awkward dude in this town".
