  1. Lord we ask you for forgiveness and ask that Your Holy Spirit walk with us throughout our salvation covered in your Armour in Jesus Christ name we pray amen amen and amen! 🙏🏾❤️🙏🏾❤️🙏🏾❤️

  2. Who does God protect, those who are only "believers in the Lord" ? Here is what an accurate translation reads at Psalms 34:7: "The angel of Jehovah camps all around those fearing Him, and he rescues them", and of which verse 6 states: "This lowly one called, and Jehovah heard. He saved him from all his distresses."(New World Translation)

So, who are the ones that Jehovah protects ? "Those fearing Him", as David wrote in verse 4: "I inquired of Jehovah, and he answered me. He rescued me from all my fears", and not just someone who "believes in the Lord", for the apostle Paul wrote that "there are many “gods” and many “lords,”

"there is actually to us one God, the Father (Jehovah, see Isa 12:2, KJV), from whom all things are and we for him; and there is one Lord, Jesus Christ (Jehovah's "only-begotten Son", John 3:16, Jehovah's "firstborn" offspring, Col 1:15), through whom all things are and we through him."(1 Cor 8:5, 6)

For example, when Sennacherib, the King of Assyria, was about to attack Jerusalem in 732 B.C.E., what did King Hezekiah of Judah do ? Assyrian messengers had left with him threatening, taunting letters from Sennacherib, that stated:

"This is what you should say to King Hez·e·kiʹah of Judah, ‘Do not let your God (Jehovah) in whom you trust deceive you by saying: “Jerusalem will not be given into the hand of the king of As·syrʹi·a.” Look ! You have heard what the kings of As·syrʹi·a (from Tilgath-pileser or Pul, 2 Kings 15:19; 1 Chron 5:26, to Shalmaneser V, 2 Kings 17:1-3, to Sargon, Isa 20:1 ) did to all the lands by devoting them to destruction. Will you alone be rescued ? Did the gods of the nations that my forefathers destroyed rescue them ?"(Isa 37:10-12)

How did Hezekiah respond ? First by Hezekiah going "up to the house of Jehovah (the temple) and spread them (the threatening letters from the King of Assyria) out before Jehovah", and then praying: "O Jehovah of armies, the God of Israel, sitting enthroned above the cherubs, you alone are the true God of all the kingdoms of the earth."

"You made the heavens and the earth. Incline your ear, O Jehovah, and hear ! Open your eyes, O Jehovah, and see ! Hear all the words that Sen·nachʹer·ib has sent to taunt the living God. It is a fact, O Jehovah, that the kings of As·syrʹi·a have devastated all the lands, as well as their own land."

"And they have thrown their gods into the fire, because they were not gods but the work of human hands, wood and stone. That is why they could destroy them. But now, O Jehovah our God, save us out of his hand, so that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that you alone are God, O Jehovah."(Isa 37:16-20)

For Hezekiah's strong faith in Jehovah, here is what happened, as Isaiah 37:33 says, of Jehovah responding to him through his prophet Isaiah: "Therefore this is what Jehovah says about the king of As·syrʹi·a: “He will not come into this city or shoot an arrow there or confront it with a shield or cast up a siege rampart against it.”’

Now what happens ? Isaiah 37:36 states: "And the angel of Jehovah went out and struck down 185,000 men in the camp of the As·syrʹi·ans. When people rose up early in the morning, they saw all the dead bodies (with not a mark on them, just that they are dead, their hearts having stopped)."

So, those who trust in Jehovah will be "rescued" when "the great tribulation" arrives in the near future (Rev 7:9-17), while those who are just "believers in the Lord", will not.(see Luke 13:24-28)
