there is clear difference between being honest or being an asshole… pretty simple, i dont get all the confusing about something like that… but thats how the internet found the Pulse of its heart… drama drama drama

ironically, Frank was very frank. he pretty much lived up to the definition of honest.
I try . I really try to show understanding and empathy for the new guy or the underdog or the slow learner or the less driven , BUT I always try to be honest on a mutual scale without attacking. Try to explain “ our position “ as a pair of humans attempting to grow .
