The 144,000 are both men and women. They know who they are today and they are Torah observant believers. They know their role to be deliverers like Moses to lead Yah's people back to the land of Israel. Look for the harp on the willow tree until the 12 tribes are reunited again

UNLESS people accept and acknowledge the prophecy that the Most High will gather his remnant of Israel ( descendants of Jacob as the 144,000 on earth now) as his anointed ones on earth to bear witness to the world . (kingdom 24: 14) nobody will enter the kingdom of Elohim of Israel. Christianity has taught the "spiritual israel Doctrine" to reject the prophecy about the restoration of the remnant of Israel, they teach that everyone is part of the spiritual israel and everyone is grafted in and equal with the roles described in the kingdom prophecy. One size fits it all teaching. The physical israel is still alive …and we know, we stayed silent for a long time due to persecution. The prophecy will be fulfilled in us -Sephardim. We are the lost sheep of the house of Israel. Our origins go back to the Messiah' times and even before. We are the light to the nations. (Acts 13: 47 and John 4:22)
