This is way too relevant for me. I Had to leave a very lovely but toxic girl because she wasn’t prepared to try and push herself to the next level dealing with everyday hardships and consistently chose to navigate her anxiety towards unhealthy detrimental avenues, leaving me constantly frustrated.
I miss her and eff tone but im a lot more healthier then where i was 5 months ago.
Right I do sometimes Training, cold showers, a day without anything that gives me dopamine and fasting
