    You know that daily cold water shower tip? I used to do it all year long and it wasn't difficult for me. Why you may ask,
    well i had no other option no hot water to tempt me and i live in a tropical island so cold showers are super good. All those years i thought i had a strong mentality but, lately i've discovered im not so disciplined. I over consume, social media, video games, entertainment and food . Like right now i basically finished my university semester i only need to do a few chapter summaries but ive tasted the action of not doing anything and im procrastinating right now when i know the longer i take to start and continue the more time awake im going to stay to catch up. I know it is bad, ive known it since high school , so i dont understand how the hell im still doing this dumb shit. I get this boosts of motivation but they are not cutting it im trying to develope discipline but it is slow. This year has been my worst year mentally, physically, and study wise. I'm kinda jealous of my old self, i still used to get distracted but the grind was my life now my limits are different and ive only aged a few years. Gotta keep doing hard stuff for me, not for others
