You walked up to the cop and insulted him on his body cam after he asked you to leave a bar. The cop didn't make you act disorderly and do what can be construed as menacing. Your opinion on if it was arrestible is irrelevant. The cop could have arrested you for just being drunk in public. Witch is all you were charged for. He also told you you were not under arrest and just being detained and then you passively resisted. No accountability Hannibal lol
