I don't know anything about this incident and generally love Hannibal but I disagree with his premise here. As an adult male, especially a black one, you should know, you don't talk shit to cops. Wait for your day in court. In most cases the judge won't have a gun.
The skits on Eric Andre prove that citizens get intimidated and don't say shit to cops. They'll back down if they're met with adversity for saying something about an authority's behavior.
So many of you have an appeal to authority complex that fuels officers' beliefs that they're above the law.
