When they Captured Jesus, and peter Cut off one of the Soilders ears, because he have a Sword,
Jesus Heals the Soilders ears and then said to Peter, If you Live by the Sword, You will die by the Sword. What was the Message in that? If you fight the Carnal War, With a Carnal Sword, You Will Die of the Carnal Sword. The Weapon of Our Warfare are Not Carnal.. Its Spiritual.(the Word)
Was it Wrong for Peter to Cut off the Soilders Ears in Self defense?
In Deutoronomy it said if a man Act in Premeditated murder he shall put to death, but if he kill somebody by Accident, he should be Pardon.
With peter's Action against the Soilder, it was not premediated attack, it was self defense, Yet Jesus told him not to use his Weapon.
Base on what Deutoronomy said, Do you think Jesus was talking about the Physical Sword? No, if he was, he would go against what the Word of God said, and that is not Possible, So Clearly Christ was not talking about the a Carnal Weapon, Jesus was talking about the Word.. We are Fighting a Spiritual Battle, Not a Carnal Battle.
JESUS CHRIST IS OUR WEAPON (the Word) AGAINST SATAN'S DEVICE.. Use it.
Because of Lack of Studying God's Word, Christians is Confused about the Carnal things of this World, with the Spiritual things in Heaven.
Jesus Christ it not of this World, so when he spoke, he spoke from Above, Not from Beneath…..People of God, always Remember that.
I grew up a seventh day adventist. Went to an adventist school. And somewhere along the way I became a sinner trying to hang on to what bit of convoluted knowledge I had & no understanding. I know God kept at me, I recall many times being whispered back to the adventist family. Early in the pandemic, living surrounded by adventist churches, I was inspired to began looking for worship online. I had heard of pastor doug but had never listened to his sermons. I've been greatly rewarded by following his many sermons & presentions. However, I tried starting to read the Bible & I can't seem to find the message as you did while in the cave. I am working on my prayer life & listen constantly to you and a few others online. I just can't seem to get into a good Bible reading program. HELP!
Hey did Pastor Batchelor preach anything on The Synagogue Shooting in Pittsburgh, that left 11 people Dead on The Sabbath?
That should us made every Seventh Day Adventist's & Seventh Day Baptists alert after that transpired.
