  1. I didn't eat meat for 5 years when I was lost in the new age. I thought it was the mark of the beast. I started eating meat again after coming to the truth, so you bet to break a 5 year streak and eat meat I have to really believe that it's the truth, it's ok to eat meat. The versus shared in this video don't match the claim that they were smote for lusting after meat. It simply does not say they were smote for that reason, and the only meat the Israelites whined about was the fish. They also mentioned several plants. It was because they were lusting after Egypt and were ungrateful. You really need to be careful if you decide to stop eating meat, or start eating it. I firmly believe that there are spiritual ties to these choices, I experienced it myself.

  2. As far as the "craving of meat" is concerned… that's not at all what the scripture is saying. If you go back up to verse 5; the only "meat" mentioned is the fish.. the rest of that list is plants. It was a problem of faith and patients….. it wasn't about the meat. Otherwise, great stuff!

  3. Shabbat Shalom
The principle of sacrifice. One of the unique contributions of the whole burnt offering is that it illustrates sacrifice in its purest form. A very valuable animal is given up wholly to YHWH. Neither the offerer nor the priest gains much from the offering, other than the benefit of being found acceptable to YHWH, which, in the final analysis, is the ultimate benefit.

This kind of sacrifice is seldom practiced, and even when it is we may wonder at the wisdom of such waste. The widow who gave her last two mites might be criticized today for her lack of prudence in failing to plan and prepare for the future. The woman who poured out her expensive perfume, anointing the feet of Yahshua, was accused of wastefulness. And so we tend to give our worn out old things to YHWH, while we keep what is new and best for ourselves. We know little of giving our best to YHWH, with no hope of anything beyond His approval.

But this kind of sacrifice is what YHWH calls for from those who would be true disciples. Disciples are those who give up all to follow Yahshua HaMashiach . They are to count the cost of discipleship, and then to gladly pay it. When we give ourselves to YHWH, as living sacrifices (Rom. 12:1-2), we are to do so totally, without reserve, so as to be pleasing to Him. May YHWH enable us to practice this kind of sacrifice in our own lives.
    Peace chavarim

  4. Brother Adam, someone else may have mentioned this already but it’s bigamy that is illegal in this country. That’s when a man has more than one marriage license and is best described as having two separate wives in two places that are not aware of each other. It is different from polygyny which is where the wives are living in the same household and know of the husband’s desire to have a second, third, etc. wife. It is considered a religious practice in this country and in turn, is not illegal.
