To accurately understand the Bible, a person first needs to have Jehovah's holy spirit, for Jehovah is God's name (see Isa 12:2; 26:4, KJV) and NOT the titles of "God" or "Lord". David said at 2 Samuel 23 concerning all that he wrote down for future generations to read in the Bible just before his death in 1038 B.C.E.:
"These are the last words of David: “The word of David the son of Jesʹse, and the word of the man who was raised on high, the anointed of the God of Jacob, the pleasant singer of the songs of Israel. The spirit of Jehovah (and NOT inaccurately "the Spirit of the Lord" as the King James Bible reads) spoke through me; His word was on my tongue."(2 Sam 23:1, 2)
And second, a sincere person must be humble, as Jesus shows in prayer to Jehovah at Matthew 11:25: "I publicly praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and intellectual ones and have REVEALED them to young children (or humble ones, see Matt 18:3, 4)."
If a person has these two things, Jehovah's spirit and humility, they can do as the apostle Paul wrote at Philippians 1:9, 10: "And this is what I continue praying, that your love may abound still more and more with accurate knowledge (and NOT just "knowledge" that the King James Bible says, for Paul used the Greek word epignosis that means "recognition, i.e. full discernment" and NOT the Greek word gnosis that just means "knowledge", as at Rom 2:20) and full discernment ("full discernment" Greek aisthesis, meaning "perception, i.e. discernment"); that you may make sure of the more important things, so that you may be flawless and not stumbling others up to the day of Christ."
So, if a sincere person has accurate knowledge because of being one of Jehovah's loyal servants, it is also because of what Jesus said at Matthew 13 concerning understanding "the sacred secrets of the Kingdom of the heavens" that only GENUINE Christians are privy to, saying:
"To you (Jesus genuine disciples, which leaves Christendom completely out of the picture, who are the "antichrists" at 1 John 2:18-24, the "weeds" or counterfeit Christians at Matt 13:24-30) it is granted to understand the sacred secrets of the Kingdom of the heavens, but to them it is not granted. For whoever has (an accurate grasp of the Bible), more (accurate knowledge) will be given him, and he will be made to abound (in understanding the Bible);"
"but whoever does not have (an accurate understanding of the Bible, though professing to know it), even what he has (of what he thinks the Bible says, though inaccurate) will be taken from him. That is why I speak to them by the use of illustrations; for looking, they look in vain, and hearing, they hear in vain, nor do they get the sense of it."("get the sense of it", Greek syniemi, meaning "to mentally put the pieces together")
So, who are able to "mentally put the pieces together" of the Bible ? Only Jehovah's loyal servants. Now, who or what is "Gog of the land of Magog" at Ezekiel 38 and 39 ? A coalition of political nations pushed by Satan into attacking symbolic "Israel", NOT the fleshly nation of Israel that has been abandoned by Jehovah and replaced with a new "nation".(see Matt 21:42-44; 23:33, 37-39; Isa 66:1-9)
Fleshly Israel will possibly be among the coalition of nations that attacks "Israel", the symbolic "woman's offspring" at Genesis 3:15, that are seen at Revelation 12:17 as being attacked by "the dragon", Satan the Devil, using the political system or "wild beast" to do his bidding.(Rev 13:1, 2; see Rev 20:7-10)
And who are the symbolic "woman's offspring", whereby "the dragon became enraged at the woman and went off to wage war with the remaining ones of her offspring, who observe the commandments of God and have the work of bearing witness concerning Jesus" ?(Rev 12:17)
The "chosen ones" (Matt 24:22, 24, 31), for "the heavenly calling" (Heb 3:1), the 144,000 "sealed with holy spirit" (Eph 1:13, 14), imperfect but "declared righteous" ones (Rom 3:24), "the Israel of God" (Gal 6:16), that make up God's heavenly Kingdom with Jesus as their "Leader" and King.(Zech 9:9; Matt 23:10)
