It feels like Joe is struggling with the existence of this pandemic and the thought that he might get it and he might get really sick!
He is clutching at every straw available. A while ago he was adamant that if your are fit an healthy you're good… Brendan is a former professional athlete and still young and in excellent shape… Joe seems to have abandoned his original science backed view and decided that it was solely Hydroxychloroquine and IV vitamins that were the difference for Brendan. It's onfirmation bias of the highest order.
Brendan and Bryan's experience with Covid match the confirmed risks associated with people of different ages and different levels of fitness. Why didn't Joe mention this…. It's because it doesn't fit in with the his now right conspiracy backed leanings.
