Hello im just a sister in the faith,i want to share something for you to look into,it about the tassels and the current understanding of them,i watched a video called Babylonian tassels vs Royal isrealite fringes, he presented some convincing information, like i.e means that its not an actual fact but an opinion, and i.e. is found in the the definition of the Hebrew word for fringe,which is also called a hem. There's more but i will let you look that up,but plz consider that what you think you are wearing is not of YAH but Babylonian traditions ,that the interpretation could be incorrect. I know you dont want to follow judaism, or Babylonian ways,neither do i. But in the Talmud it says that the interpretation is a tassel,but the scriptures do not define a fringe as a tassel,what is your thoughts on etymology, is it accurate or false. He mentions the etymology of the terms fringe,hem,etc. YAH bless

I don't believe that "covering" someones transgression (to seek love) means keeping something done, some wrong or evil, a secret. Light exposes, and Yah exposes our sins/faults to us and He corrects us as a Father, and that is love…and as it says if He doesn't do this then we are not His. "Covering" seems to be more about exposing something to that person, perhaps even helping them overcome it. But as is written, show that person their fault and if they won't hear it there are steps to sort that out, the last step being bring it to the entire assembly and if the person still will not repent, see the truth, then that person is sent away from the assembly. But we should understand that YHWH knows our heart, our intentions…so the "WHY" we are bringing someone to the congregation to talk about an issue is important. So, covering something is not the same thing as hiding or keeping it secret. If done right it is about correction, repentance, love and forgiveness.
