  1. I'm going to answer that question Andrew. Our guilt is written in MSHA. Mining Safety Health Administration has voluminous standards and they are considered "minimum standards" like OSHA. This flies in the face of all their regulations, they don't follow the regulations and they are informed. We tell them exactly what they are doing is wrong.

OSHA which is connected to MSHA, talks about labor trafficking as a criminal act. There's a glaring violation just to start. These governments and building owners are strait up supporting a slave economy. Here in NYC, it is going to be the Spanish speaking population. Holy mollie, are there a million Spanish speaking workers in NYC. They get fake training cards and they try and fool people into letting them work, like slaves and it is labor trafficking.

This mining tragedy is outright slavery in a dirty, nasty pit. All these people will have health effects from this in 10-20 years. The ambient air is not enclosed, but they are not offering any basic hygiene. I think MSHA would require everyone have N95 disposable respirators, no kids, washroom facilities, first aid (for that many people you need 2 hospitals available). What if they find something toxic and all of them get sick all at once?

MSHA is on my list of laws to get into. We tell these people quite directly what they are doing wrong. They do it anyway. This is a willful violation of all MSHA and OSHA standards. They have not adopted the standards, but common dude… Once the batteries are made they aren't hurting anyone.

Our participation ends with our scientific research, safety regulations and recommendations. We can't make facilities for them, they would have to pay us to build them. Then our batteries are free. The way we build it costs a billion dollars to do anything. If you follow one code and you have to follow them all. Air monitoring, engineering, architecture, training for workers and costly things like losing time because to do this safely you have to hit the surface with a machine and have logistics. You can't mine the whole place all at once. There is a process. The humans come in after the machine is done and moves to a new location. In other words, you can't just put people out there putting their faces in it. You have to schedule logistics to avoid the hazards and work more efficiently. They don't even have the machines we use out there. You can pound the minerals and crush with a system, but you move around so nobody is being exposed and anyone a spotter or worker of any kind, would wear respirator N95 or P100 depending on the Industrial Hygiene calculation for exposure to the toxic material present. Rule of thumb.

  2. This is why the News suck. If any News channel was actually good at their jobs, Joe, one of the most sanely intelligent people out there, would know that we have already started doing this, months ago. The whole point of the Chips and Science Act that "Brandon" put into effect is the seed for which he is literally suggesting, and he doesn't even know. Makes me sad.

  3. Ask Elon next time he’s on to start phone company im sure he would !unless this is fake news he bought Bugatti just because of a beef w someone?😮Their math does suck… that’s terrible 😞 what a selfish world
