The word "slavery" could not have come into existence before the people known as the "slavs" from Slovenian from which the word slave was derived. The Slovenians did not exist before 800 AD. Therefore, the word "slave" could not have existed during the days of Moshe, never mind during the days of CHRIST. The word slave or slavery was translated from the word servant. Just a thought.
