I jumped on the trump train but schiff is the truth trump loves borrowing
I love listening to Peter Schiff. However like with anyone, I don't blindly agree with everything he says. We started as a country of free individuals only if those individuals where white, male, and owned property. "Property" also meant black people. So I understand he is making a blanket statement for the sake of brevity.
However, the concept was there, and under the British, even those white males probably didn't have the freedom that was started in here. And I've heard someone argue the racism point with Peter and he basically said that, we would have been better off if there was no slavery and racism because we would have been a country with more free people.
But overall yes, agreed. We need a free society and limited government. Maybe not AS limited as 300 years ago because of the change of technology and circumstances.
People are just too scared these days. If the Jamaican lady in Dylan's comment below gave someone food poisoning, they would tell their friends and not go back to her. We have a virus killing millions of people. Life is not safe. Have some guts and take a fuckin chance. We all will eventually die. Maybe an unlicensed Jamaican food lady will strengthen your immune system.
Well and remember people want free things when they are taxed as high they as they are and governments spend as much as we do its only natural to say well why arent we spending it on the most important things life. We need to the stop the taxing and spending
