He’s right.
In my state (I love my state) you have to have a permit to install anything over 4’x8’ (32 SF) or costs more than $100.00.
Took me 5 years to get my contractors license.
To work unlicensed, is a felony here in my state….
But the state right next to me…. You dont need a license to do anything.
After all this he still supported Bernie.
Government needs to regulate doctors, engineers and other professionals. If they screw up, it's too late for the market to fix things for you. You would be dead, your house would collapse or something just as bad. On the other hand, most other crafts and services can sort out the good practitioners from the bad.
Regulation kills business. Period
