Discipline equals freedom. The best definition I like about discipline. Is when we give ourselves a command, and do it. Even if you don't feel like doing it, or don't like it.
I stopped posting on social media a long time ago. Im 29 and I always find myself being the one NOT on the phone and its actually interesting to observe people mindlessly scrolling at pointless content. Most of the time its just someone showing off lol
