Schiff is literally crying on how 18 year millennials so poorly educated about finance in compulsory k-12 schools and by their boomer parents are the ones who must take 100 percent personal responsibility. The banks guaranteed the loans by the government have to be made whole just like the housing market. Except now these loans can't even be cancelled by bankruptcy. It's pretty obvious how Schiff has never faced any obstacle in his life.
I bet anyone that Joe still will send his kids to colleges no matter what!! lol
