Agree with both of them. Joe and Peter bringing up great points.
Milton Friedmans idea was to get the money the state would have spent on a student and that partents could decide will the "education coupon" be invested in a public or private school
The Skype call format does not work with Schiff. Would much rather see him in the studio.
Private school as the only option would literally send the country back to the 1600s in terms of educated % of population. There would be so few schools because of how expensive it is to run a single school, let alone a district
