  1. This guy's basically strawmaning, his definition of socialism is completely off, so he's arguing against his own distorted view of socialism. Socialism was never implemented anywhere, never. The so-called socialist countries were always state capitalist because that's what you get when you transform the ownership from private to state-regulated. Even Engles noticed that. Capitalism isn't based on private ownership, it's based on the mode of production, which was, and always will be capitalist.

  2. He makes private sector giving sound like it's not at all linked with tax savings. If there's no monetary incentive for the 1% to "help" , would they? It takes manpower and money to do it, but what I think fixes us, is making "Bob" more accountable. He is the weakest link and the squeaky wheel at the same time. If Bob NEEDS help, that is one thing. If Bob is a lazy POS, that is another. More effort on determining who Bob is

  3. This is always been my thing with capitalism. First, backstory, love capitalism. When capitalism turns to greed things get weird. If a company employs 50,000 people in America and takes its manufacturing overseas or to Mexico to lower their bottom line. 50,000 Americans lose jobs. Those jobs now belong to someone in a foreign country where they are making something sold to Americans. THE ONLY REASON THOSE JOBS WERE TAKEN TO A FOREIGN COUNTRY, were to improve the bottom line. The idea of capitalism took those jobs there. Is that in our best interest as Americans? Or, is that where capitalism pivoted to greed? Long story short, IMO there is a point where capitalism becomes detrimental to society

  4. Lower taxes doesn’t mean capitalism, joe Biden isn’t a socialist and raising taxes on corporations isn’t fascist nationalisation, fascist economics is corporatism not nationalism just because they sound similar doesn’t mean their the same, this guy is a bloody idiot
