We don't let young boys take steroids but we'll sure as fuck give them to girls so they can "transition" into "boys." Most parents are pretty stupid, let's be real. But I genuinely wonder if these parents are aware that they're giving their daughters literal steroids.
You wouldn’t let a 10 year old cis-child get any type of surgery for aesthetics and identity so I don’t understand why anyone would think this is okay just because the dysphoria is gender related. Many people grow up disliking their bodies or themselves or their lives and wishing they could be their “true self” but they do not get surgery or hormones as children.
Minors should only ever have surgery for medical conditions or emergencies.

It as simple as it can get. In the west a male child is not raised the way he should be and a female is not raised the way she should be. And it's been going on for a good span of years. I mean forget about the kids, if their parents grew up in a strong and healthy social environment with morals and principles as bases they would know how to handle the situation their children are dealing with and not take illogical and foolish decisions like this. That's why I always say that the west is just countries with no society.
How can children have gender dysphoria anyways? I'm actually curious. I know there were differences between boys and girls when I was in elementary school, but a lot of the behaviors seem cultural than biological, like boys teasing the one boy who spend too much time with a particular girl. Same with attire preferences, in the 40s boy and clothing companies couldn't decide if blue or pink were male or female colors (pink is just light red right?) and pink didn't win as the "girly" color until Mattel came along and had a hugely successful product sold to girls. And back then using dresses or skirts for kids was seen as a fine choice for either gender.
Maybe this is because remembering things I did more than a decade ago is both hard and sometimes i bring up something I'd like to forget so I end up trying not to remember while trying to bring up memories, but I don't really remember kids having a gender identity so much as wanting to have fun and not be mocked by each other. It seems to me that the hormones make all the difference in psycology. So I don't really see how a boy or girl can determine if they fit are a boy or girl on the inside or if they identify with their own body.
Of course, if it was just the hormones, neither transgender nor gay people should exist since at puberty the hormones should adjust the brain to be neurotypical. It would work like this: have a dong and you're supposed to be aggressive and try to mate with a female, don't have one and you have a different behavior script and are supposed to try to mate with a male. I'm not going to pretend this is the correct view of the world which would mean pretending Elliot Page doesn't exist, but I don't see why this is wrong. I don't know how children even have a gender identity the way adults do.
