I have been on several drugs but the worst was bensodiazepines. I was on them for about a year and a half every day and quitting was horrible. Seizures then depression, its now several years later and it still feels like i am recovering some days. The only reason to ever take them is if you have literal crippling anxiety such as panic attacks, and then you take one to come out of it. Never ever make it a habit.
14 fucking years with clonazepam, it's a prison for something you never did, you run out of them and the world fucking turns into a monster and your body feels like they are turning you inside out and you may have seizures and even coma, never been past day 6
Benzos only give you a bump for a couple a weeks after that you kinda like a lobotomized emotional handicap but the substance got your body hook line and sinker.
