Back in 2017 I was having frequent panic attacks that would occur out of nowhere my doctor prescribed me a similar Benzo called Ativan. Taking one of those for me was like drinking an entire 6 pack of beer. I would pop like 3 or 4 of them and then just melt into any chair. They ended up making my drinking habit really bad. I tapered myself off of the pills after I got in a car accident while on them but I was still drinking nearly daily. I swear weed has helped with my anxiety and has lessened my use of alcohol significantly. I don’t even need to use weed that often either maybe 5 times a month tops.
I have had an RX for up to 3 pills a day andvtgey are 0.5 mg. I don't take 3 days every day. I can go days without using them but when I'm down to my final 7 and refill is 3 days away, my brain freaks out. Only take for true losing my mind panic attacks. Not an anxious person, not a worrier.

I'm on Ativan I got it prescribed in the phycward for anxiety it helps but I think I need it up I've been wanting a medical weed in TN
