Man Ric was doing this thing like 25 years before I was born and at 29 now I consider him to be one of the greatest entertainers period. Ric could wrestle but that wasn't all we loved about him. Dude just had a sort of swagger you just can't teach. Forever a fan of the Nature Boy WOOOO
this was about the time that Bishoff was said he was going to sue Flaire's family and make his wife and kids homeless, some really raunchy shit by Bishoff. This is one of the usages of that backstory reality into TV stuff.

mad respect for ric, but his character was inspired by another wrestler who looked and talked the way ric did. he just made it mainstream.
I love ric he was in wrestling for years
