I used to be borderline diabetic back in high school but then I learned that it was my eating so I started fasting and now I’ve been diabetes free since high school and I’m 38 now
I totally believe you! I remember learning years ago that there was no evidence that elevated cholesterol caused heart attacks. I believe these aggressive tactics by the medical and pharmaceutical industry are for revenue only. They've lowered the acceptable lab values for diabetes and cholesterol making the patient think they need to take all these needs to live longer. The question is, how much longer will you live, and in what kind of condition? It can be frustrating and scary what is going on out there. Thank you for this video. BTW: everytime I have taken statins (lovastatin and pravostatin) I have unbearable bilateral leg pains. I'm done with them!
