Brother Adam, do not feel down for trusting in people. Messiah said forgive people 70×7 times (that's 120+ days more than a full year if having to forgive everyday of the year) forgiveness is giving trust in the ability for people to change.
We also have to judge righteously yes. Which means we have to correct in the right ways? Think before we pick up the stone of correction?
