Yes, the coming out of Egypt is a model for the ones who "escape" into the wilderness, Rev 12:14. But you should have included Micah 7:14. "Shepherd the people of Thy heritage (who are) in the midst of Carmel"….(did you know there are natural caves there?)…."and feed them in Bashan and Gilead". Make a triangle of Carmel, Bashan, and Gilead. Where are you? The Jezreel valley, Har Megiddo, the valley of the shadow of death, Psalm 23.
*. That's why Armageddon is where "they make war with the Lamb and those who are with Him", Rev 17:14 because that's where He (and hopefully we) will be.

The "woman" of Rev 12:14 is the "protection event" in the wilderness for the Beast's 42 months and she's still in the flesh. When Jesus returns that's where He eventually goes. They're in the wilderness (Psalm 23, Micah 7:14, & Rev 17:14) until the 6th Bowl. Then they walk to Zion, Isa 35:8-10, when the thrones to judge the nations are set up.
I'm beginning to think that the 144,000 don't have anything to do with the trib martyrs. The "number no one can count" are the trib martyrs. I'm thinking the 144,000 are holy and righteous men who had died before His return….. with the events of the trib not being a factor.
I can explain "the rapture". First of all, Luke 21:36 and Rev 3:10 have to be the Truth. That "protection event" is like what happened to Philip in Acts 8:39-40 and is the "woman" of Rev 12:14. (Also reference Enoch, Chapter 96). And the "woman", like Noah and Lot, is still in the flesh.
*. Jesus returns at the 6th Seal. PERIOD.
*. 1 Cor 15:36 says ALL flesh has to die to be made alive. That is LAW. The only time it isn't going to apply is after Death is destroyed at the END of the SEVENTH day, Rev 20:14. When that happens, the wheat in Christ's millennial kingdom will again be like Adam and won't be able to die to be resurrected….so God has to "instantly change" them for HIS eternal New Jerusalem that comes at the 7th Trumpet.
