Incredible segment!
You can see how scared his still is from the war, all these years later. He's very honest about his experiences. Them the prison situation, which Nixon really perpetuated. To this day, the War on Drugs/ Ethnic Minorities and White Hippies has done more damage to race relations than anything. Many of my non-white friends almost see jail/prison as a right of passage sadly. We have to stop Corporate Prisons.
A lot of White dudes are just racist everywhere they go they can’t help it it’s in their DNA….they go to war they’re racist, they come home and become cops, they’re racist..no matter what they do or what profession they enter they’re RACIST…
