Joe's forgetting one thing no fan of Top Gear who actually tuned in while the show was on network television. Wanted a Tesla, and even if Jeremy, Richard and James all said it's an alright car, they still wouldn't get a Tesla. It was straight up a joke segment.
9:45 Nothing was put on the cars and nobody was trying to stir anybody the Argentinians got offended over over a license plate that couldn't have been changed because that's not how the license plates work with those type of vehicles.
