Weather modification is the act of intentionally manipulating or altering the weather. The most common form of weather modification is cloud seeding, which increases rain or snow, usually for the purpose of increasing the local water supply. Weather modification can also have the goal of preventing damaging weather, such as hail or hurricanes, from occurring; or of provoking damaging weather against the enemy, as a tactic of military or economic warfare like Operation Popeye, where clouds were seeded to prolong the monsoon in Vietnam. Weather modification in warfare has been banned by the United Nations under the Environmental Modification Convention.

The Military needs to go remove the local and state officials, including law enforcement, electric and water companies. The Governor is a great candidate for the big caliber target.
Other things to consider, how did the FIRE STOP? There was still plenty of combustible things around the area, no fire fighting measures were deployed and boats in harbor and in the ocean were burned, no rescue came from Navy, Military and a small, late, ridiculous rescue attempt from the Coast Guard occurred many hours later! People report that their calla would not go through for local contacts but they could reach people out of Hawaii, or off island! Also I've never seen a hurricane event WITHOUT RAIN! I live in Florida and been through many hurricanes! Who were the so-called Police during and after the event? Some would not give their name or badge # when asked by citizens! Why the secrecy after the fire? In 2 days they [National Guard or U.N.?] put up miles of chain link fences and then black cloth to stop us from seeing there activities! Why did they take barrels of soil out and ship elsewhere? Who was on island and in charge? No other fire event forbid the flying of drones afterward. How does a natural fire burn and make 90 Degree angles while doing so? If the fire burned sooooo hot, why didn't the asphalt burn? Most importantly who gave the order to Police to block evacuation routes? The electricity was down for most of the day, prior to fire ….. so, there were NO LIVE WIRES! A video shows the Electric co. workers that blocked ONE LANE, in one place, moving the wires, they WERE NOT LIVE! Thank you!
