Marriage is symbolic of the relationship we are to have with Christ. Paul spoke about this. Ephesians 5:31-32 KJV For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh. [32] This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church.
When the marriage supper of the lamb has come, we do away with the symbols because they have met their fulfillment in Christ.
Also, there is no evidence of an ice age in scripture. We know there was a flood and that water evaporated except the sea. When did that water freeze? Genesis 8:3 KJV And the waters returned from off the earth continually: and after the end of the hundred and fifty days the waters were abated.

I would also like to add during the creation period ; that God is not limited to the laws of physics nor the laws of nature. Everyone seems to think because of the influence of science, that God is bound by those laws of physics and nature. When in reality, God is above and beyond in His ways than all of the laws that bind the cosmos. He created those laws of physics and natural laws of light, gravity, dimension, height, depth and width in all things, God created them, God is not bound by the laws He has set in motion and continues to keep in motion, but is able to go beyond those laws in ways that are beyond our understanding. We should not always allow science to dictate what the capabilities of God are, for they are limitless, and not bound by any law. When Jesus created anything, He spoke, and it came forth by His Word. What laws was He bound by in creating anything? This is why there will always be a conflict with 'mans science' and God's limitless power.
This explanation for how dinosaurs became distinct made much more sense, that a comet killed all of them.
