"Good people" who fail see bad people appearing to succeed and begin to envy them.

Envy reaps it's own reward.

"Bad people" who appear to succeed usually do until thier own failures surface, and they eventually lose everything in almost the same time they take to aquire it.

"Good people" complain on social media about bad people, they record themselves "doing good" and they talk about what they do for others and think that some things are unforgivable.

"Bad people" are sometimes the first to apologize, even though they will do it again.
They ask God for forgiveness, and then they do it again (lol) blaming the devil and everything outside of themselves.

The truth is, In God's eyes, neither of the two are good or bad. They are both perfect, in fact God loves them just as much as all creation only they can't see it.

We all have been there, stuck in the loop of negative patterns, created from our own negative thinking and actions towards ourselves and others in the names of "good" and "bad", not recognizing that its all bad if it's not perfect.
