Thanks for sharing Zen. I see in Revelation that the bride is the New Jerusalem and we are the guests. Just as the parable of the virgins are those who attend the v wedding and even when Jesus was accused of His. disciples not fasting He said the guests don't fast when the groom is present… so I'm not sure why they say the believers are the bride?

It would be great if you use a family tree so we all can easily follow.
Maybe because they couldn't teach to children the truth about the sexual aspect of what really happened. when you teach a child in Sunday school about the important subject of God's creation, especially back in the old days, it was very offensive to most people and also not appropriate for young Sunday school age children….not that it makes it right but it may have served 2 purposes one for good and one for bad…bad being misleading people about the truth. The good being, guarding young children from sexual knowledge.
