Many many things through the ages have been tampered with, added to and omitted from what we now read in the bible and many other texts. Just because something might seem to indicate something, without actually saying it, doesn't mean that that is what its actually referring to or saying. The things which have been omitted (for whatever reason(s) ), could very easily change the meanings drastically!!! Do not assume it does mean such & such and open yourselves up to being misled or taken down a primrose path.
think how people of today become giants they have tumour in their brain gigantism maybe that's something to consider?
