Joe saying mmm after every thing smart this guy says. Sounds like a Church somewhere in Georgia
A tantalizing short brought me here – and after watching this I am certain that either I lack the education to get WHAT he explained or there simply isn't enough information shared here. I wanna know the whys and hows concerning this: I am depressed and can't function daily but I want so much to be ABLE. But my body/brain/self just won't or can't allow me to function. I want to figure out HOW to get out of this slump so I can be like those AMAZING people who are able to get up every day knowing how to get ready for a day and a job and perform the function of a reasonable employee and know what to do and how to do and have a life – they work, they socialize, they have relationships and family. These are the amazing people of the world. I don't enjoy being disabled.
Does anybody have the citations or links to the studies Huberman is talking about regarding Dopamine mitigating noradrenaline during effort?
All this military tech development & still the big armies can't handle wars like in Afghanistan & Iraq & instead the warriors come back with PTSD!🥴🤷🏾♂️🤔
Thank you for this video. As the person who has been fighting anxiety and depression for over 1 year and previously panic attacks and random suicidal thoughts, I can comprehend with everything that has been said. Any light humor, activities and especially when I do smth what my subconscious mind likes me to do, what was called "being on a right path", can literally reverse the state where my brain is at the moment and pull out of dark places.
