  1. Amazing story and Josh Dubin, his attorney, is doing God’s work. This is why I can’t stand the clueless “defense attorneys are the bad guys” mindset that much of the public throws around whenever a big case comes around. Without devoted defense attorneys who are willing to turn over every stone in every case (yes, guilty and innocent alike…) then many more innocent like Bruce will slip through the cracks and be wrongfully convicted.

And saying “they should only represent innocent people” is really a braindead take because (1) you wouldn’t know they were innocent unless you put the work in on their case in the first place; (2) there would be no defense attorneys, because it would be impossible to make a living representing only a select few; (3) the government needs to be held to its burden even for the blatantly guilty, lest we start having tyrannical farce trials like Saudi Arabia.

I just say this because of two recent cases—Alex Murdaugh and YNW Melly. I believe both men are guilty, but it’s nonetheless disturbing that half of the public is bashing their attorneys and advocating for expedited/unfair trials.

Really feel strongly about this. If they can trample on the rights of the accused, then they can do it to you too.

  2. What about the justice for Travis Lilley and his family? Joe is a useful idiot. Bryant wasn't wrongfully accused. It's like Joe never even bothered to look the facts of this case. Bryant being the shooter was corroborated by multiple independent eye witnesses and had a mountain of evidence that pointed directly at him being the shooter. Bryant was attempting a hit on a rival drug dealer and shot 11 year old Travis Lilley in the head during the crime. His clemency was issued not due to evidence but, in Kathy Hochul's own words, "He earned degrees and did charitable work" Ok what the hell does that have to do with whether or not Bryant was wrongfully accused. This was a case of clemency due to political activism and not evidence. The evidence was ignored. also the "wrong doing" of the prosecutor had nothing to do with this case. It's a total red herring. I challenge everyone to go read the case files, review the evidence and witness testimony. You will see the evidence overwhelming points to Bryant shooting 11 year old Travis Lilley in the head. The bullet was from the gun that he had on him during the arrest that he acknowledged was his gun.

  3. I'm am so amazed by your grace and humanity. You deserved so much better. Wow this is the saddest thing to do to an innocent person. Your spirit shines bright. God bless you and I hope the rest of your life, that you find real happiness.

  4. @PowerfulJRE , what about the 11 year old boy, TRAVIS LILLEY that was killed by this guy? The FOUR eyewitnesses that testified against him, the THREE appellate judges who denied his MULTIPLE appeals, and the Supreme Court of NEW YORK denying him as well. And, what about him running to Syracuse after the MURDER happened and had to be caught for a different crime in ‘96 to finally be brought to justice. Usually, I agree with like 90% of your content…THIS is straight bullshit!

The former prosecutor gets convicted of fraud 20 years later, and BB is an innocent man, huh?

    Not impressed
