I have struggled with mental health for 20 years, in the UK and only in the last 3-4 years do i feel that the government and doctors are just starting to realise that it's not easy to deal with and it's more than just thing that will go away by just taking some tablets and being forced to do therapy that has not worked for yourself before but this time might be different and the police really don't understand it and use it to there advantage saying that your mental/5150 or take away your freedom but im glad that joe and his guests talk about it and have better understanding of mental health Sorry rant over 😅
Mental health is real. I remember in my 20's and early 30's being the same as Joe was "Yeah it's all in your mind, taking pills is for pussys, just get out and do it" but I was very wrong! Theo seems like a real guy…like him more and more I hear or watch him, lots of real emotion.
